Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was part of a delegation that rang the bell today at the New York Stock Exchange. To commemorate the 10th anniversary of September 11, several New York leaders, including former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani and Sen. Charles Schumer (D-NY), gathered to pay homage to those who lost their lives.
