While in Brazil this weekend for the inauguration of Brazil's first woman president, Dilma Rousseff, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton ran into Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez. Talking to reporters afterward, Mr. Chavez spoke highly of the Secretary of State.

"She had a very spontaneous smile and I greeted her with the same effusiveness. "It was a pleasant moment. We spoke about two or three specific things," stated Hugo Chavez.

While there, she also chatted with Colombia President Juan Manuel Santos and Chile's President Sebastian Pinera during the reception for Ms. Rousseff.
