According to the LA Times, Steve Cooley has conceded to Kamala Harris for California Attorney General. After more than three weeks of tallying votes in the state, Harris pulled ahead beating Cooley by about 50,000 votes to become California's top lawyer.
Harris will be the first woman African America attorney general in California and the first Indian-American attorney general in the United States. She is definitely a political girl in my book!
