Senior Advisor Valerie Jarrett appeared on CBS's The Early Show to talk about President Obama's State of the Union speech tonight. She stated that the President will continue to press Congress to make investments in infrastructure and education. Ms. Jarrett said that the bulk of his speech will focus on "winning in America."
