Spotted: SC Gov. Nikki Haley typing on ipad while Pres. Obama speaks

Looks like somebody wasn't enjoying listening to President Obama. Newly elected South Carolina Governor Nikki Halley was spotted typing on her ipad while Pres. Obama was speaking to a room full of Democrat and Republican governors.
