First Lady Michelle Obama, accompanied by daughters, Malia and Sasha and mother, Marian Robinson have arrived in Pretoria, South Africa.

An Agreement to Combat HIV/AIDS

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and South African Foreign Minister Maite Nkoana-Mashabane signed the US-South African PEPFAR Partnership Framework Agreement during a ceremony at the State Department in Washington on Tuesday. The agreement is a five year plan to work with the country to combat HIV/AIDS.
