First lady Michelle Obama held a reception honoring the 100th anniversary of International Women's Day and to celebrate Women's History Month at the White House on Tuesday evening. The event highlighted the importance of investing in young women and girls in the U.S. and around the world. Earlier that day she also joined Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to present the
International Women of Courage Awards at the State Department.
