The Congressional Black Caucus celebrated their 40th anniversary tonight with a reception in Statuary Hall at the United States Capitol. Those spotted at the celebration include Rep. Marcia L. Fudge (D-OH), Rep. Eleanor Holmes Norton (D-DC), Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), Rep. John Lewis (D-GA),  Rep. Barbara Lee (D-CA), Del. Donna Christensen (D-VI), and Rep. Charles Rangel (D-NY).
