Photos: The Obamas in Ireland

The Obamas embarked on a week long trip to Europe yesterday and kicked off the trip with Ireland. As the President found out last year, Ireland is home to his great great great grandfather and while in the country he had a chance to visit his birthplace in Moneygall. 

The Obamas visit with Irish President Mary McAleese and her husband, Dr. Martin McAleese at the official residence of the President of Ireland.

The Obamas visited Ollie Hayes' pub and also drank some Guinness while at the local hangout in Moneygall. 

 President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama at on College Green in Dubli where the President gave a speech in front of a crowd of 50,000 people.
