MSNBC releases BLTWY Power List: 35 People Under 35

MSNBC released it's BLTWY Power List: 35 People Under 35 Who Changed D.C. In 2010 earlier this week, and a couple of up and coming political women made the list.

President Obama's personal secretary, Katie Johnson came in at #6, the highest woman listed and the First Lady's traveling assistant, Kristen Jarvis came in at #8. Others on the list include Huma Abedin,who was profiled here on the Political Girl earlier this year, Angela Rye, the new Executive Director and General Counsel of the Congressional Black Caucus and former Politico writer, Helena Andrews, who released a memoir earlier this year, Bitch is the New Black about her adventures in and around D.C.
