Surgeon General Regina Benjamin was spotted at NAACP Awards on Friday in Los Angeles. She also was the recipient of the Chairman's Award, which is chosen by the NAACP Chairman Roslyn Brock, for individuals who have displayed distinguished public service and special achievement.
